  We took over the terminix plan from the previous owner of the house that we bought, however our experience was not that great with that company. The house had ants, after technician had to come 3 more times, before the problem was solved. And the technician would always find an excuse that it wasn't his fault that the ants are still there (it was always the same person). We had as well loan and monthly mosquito service with them, which was provided very poorly. The service person would spend 7 min (timed it!!!) on the property for than receiving a bill of $73 per visit. We would have mosquitos not just outside but even inside the house... And the last drop was, after putting the bill payments on auto-pay over the phone, and being charged every month, I received the letter that my account is 6 month pass due. After calling and talking to a very rude person of the phone telling me that there is no payments posted.... Have now to go through the headache printing all the bank statement and faxing it to them, because they are unable to track the payments. Very unprofessional!!!! ps. Have now to hire someone to clean the windows from outside, since they all completely splashed with their white treatment solution!!!!!
