  Terrible experience. Bought a phone with a promise of a 14 day return policy, if not happy with phone, you can return it within 14 days off purchase & all you pay for is data usage. That's a complete lie, they make the first bill the minute you walk out the door the first day. 5 days later I received a bill of $275 dollars, when I went back & returned the phone 8 days later, I had to call customer service, spend days & hours fighting this bill, no one wanted to take blame, when all said and done, I ended up with a bill of $135 dollars that no one can explain why so high for only 8 days of usage. I will never go with contract with them again & will let all my family & friends no about it. Oh, and if you fall for the direct TV & at&t bundle, good luck. This store is not even a major retail for them, at&t treats them as such when they have questions, but they don't tell you that when you walk in store for purchase.

  Awful customer service here and knowledge of services. I hate that this is the closest retailer to where I live. I went there to switch services to At&t and had my 5 year old child along with me. We had to wait 3 hours for my wife to come and in as our account holder to find out they couldn't do anything since there wasn't a manager in that day. Why would they have us start the process if a manager had to be present? Also, I was given false information on my rebate for switching and ended up losing $499. Lastly, my wife's screen protector shattered and when she went to this store they told her she had to go to the store at the mall. The store at the mall laughed and said there's nothing they could do because they weren't the ones that sold it to her. If you are able to avoid this store, please do so. They are clueless.
