  I needed a simple poster printed and unfortunately placed my order at 2:06pm. Unfortunately, this apparently gives them the right to not have the order ready until closing time the next day. You would think that since I placed the order the day before, I would have been higher up in the queue. But no. After calling 5 times the day following my order, I finally reached someone only to be told they couldn't give me a definitive time, just that it would be done "by closing time". I called again at 7pm, and was told it was done except for the "quality check". I asked if it could be done in the next 30 minutes, as I was in the area, and he very rudely told me it wasn't due until 8:30, despite my having ordered it the day before. I arrived to pick it up 45 minutes later, and no quality check had been done. I reviewed the print myself, after once again being rudely told by another associate that it wasn't due until the story closed, contrary to the policy I read online. Very poor customer service and excruciatingly slow. DO NOT order from here, unless you have more than two days to wait for your prints and you feel like being treated terribly.
