  I've gone to this more than a handful of times in the last few months after my daughter recommended it to me. I signed up in the sprint store on 30 and those guys are a joke. From the first time I came into this store Mark has helped me time after time to the point i only want to deal with him. I have never actually bought anything from him but every problem i have had with my phone, service and bill he never told me he couldn't do it. He even helped me get a new phone from Samsung because i didn't get the insurance when i signed up. For the people who complain about having to wait 25 minutes, I have waited more than that because he a couple when I came in and had another gentlemen who was next, some people are just stuck up ninnies. Trust me i would know a ninnie, im going to be 67 this year I have dealt with enough of them in this world. I highly recommend asking for Mark when you go into that store, he will help you above and beyond.
