But because of my experience on Saturday being far from the norm I must give a 3 star rating. The individual who was at the check out register definitely lacks pleasant customer service. Was abrupt, seemed annoyed when someone asked if they could leave a piece of jewelry they selected while they continued to shop. And when I went to the registed she was not engaged, wasn't pleasant, seemed annoyed that I wanted to use my 25% coupon on their app and didn't even say Thank you nor wished me a good day and the end of the sale...Disappointing
