  This review is so over duded. Having three boys and many proms, many years of wrong sizes, styles, color vest and no cuff links. Customer service terrible and countless changes of managers. The last straw was THE WEDDING!! Went through managers during the wedding planning. Was charged different prices for all seven groomsmen. My sons suit looked faded, and jacket full cut. (he ordered the slim cut.) Day of wedding spent all morning with their seamstress moving buttons for better fit. And to top it off , we were asked by the seamstress , why he just didn't order a suit. We were not informed that the groom is entitled to a free suit with that large of wedding party. All of the groomsmen ordered slim cuts and two of them had to wear baggy pleated pants. No time to get the slims in for the wedding. No refunds or discounts given for their mistakes. Since then the boys have been in many weddings and got exactly what was ordered with excellent customer service from a store in downtown Lancaster. They were slightly higher in price but worth every penny when it comes to that special of a day!

  Got our suits for our wedding here. Ordered the wrong jacket for my husband. Then they ordered the wrong pants for him. Didn't even give us a discount or anything for all of the mix ups. We ended up going back and forth about 5 times before they got it right. For my brothers wedding a few months later, they gave my dad the SAME suit that he had for my wedding and not the one he ordered for my brothers. Luckily they were only a few shades off from each other. Either way this place SUCKS. They are so unorganized and so not worth the stress and hassle. DON'T GO HERE.
