While being rung up was asked about my tattoo...very fresh one....given advice on care, asked about the reason for my choice, and given a hug and thank you for sharing the story it involved a death of a loved one and a scar from a personal tragedy. Keep up the great work guys. Personal service with a smile is an endangered art.
