  My husband and I had a great experience at Gardner's. Drew was extremely helpful - very knowledgeable and informative, yet was never pushy or pressured us into making a decision. My husband hates mattress/furniture shopping but says this experience at Gardner's was mattress buying made easy.

  Had great customer service and found just what we needed. We were in a little bit of a hurry as my spouse is disabled and wasn't able to handle being out for an extended period of time. By asking a few key questions they were able to guide us to exactly what we wanted. Con: very difficult to get my spouse through the front door in his wheelchair. Mentioned that to our salesman upon entering the store. He shrugged it off, didn't even apologize. When we left, he didn't bother to assist with the door.
