  The BON TON store itself is great. I give that 4 and some stars... The furniture gallery however, it's actually about 2 and 1/2 stars. If you buy something that is in store and not special order, you'll be fine. Service as expected. However, I'm on month 3 waiting for my special order sofas. We ordered carpet, windows and sofas all at the same time. The windows are built, The carpet is installed. The sofas.... are somewhere in limbo because of 2 days of snow almost 2 months ago? (official reason for the delay) and apparently BonTon has no way of getting in touch with the manufacturer to see what's going on so i'm SOL waiting on furniture and sitting on the floor. When i call BTFG, the people on the phone don't have any information. Price is OK. Not the most expensive place around.
